Durostone® has excellent mechanical properties resisting high temperatures. These three materials are stable in
dimensions and planeity in the CI manufacturing cycles. Their low conductivity guarantees optimum heat
distribution over the printed circuit board. The resin used in their composition offers good resistance to chemical
flow reducing soldering defects. Durostone® allows the manufacture of highly precise soldering equipment.
More than all other materials, Durostone® is particularly well suited for soldering equipment for printed circuit
boards for two reasons: its density makes it possible to manufacture a lighter equipment ; while the glass and
resin in it ensure a utilisation safety and respect the operators' health (no skin irritation).
